Your Cover Letter, Resume or CV must be emailed in addition to completing the application to be considered for employment.

  2. sign a Laws and Policies document, and

  3. complete orientation; prior to official employment at AHCS.

Laws and Policies

This is to inform you of the laws and childcare policies set forth to protect children from abuse and neglect. The following must be read, signed and dated stated you understand all the issues addressed:

  • I am fully aware that the abuse and neglect of children for any reason is against the law.

  • I have read the employee handbook and I am aware of the childcare center’s policies against child abuse and neglect.

  • I am aware that the child care providers and caregivers are mandated by law to report any abuse and neglect of a child.

If for any reason you do not follow these rules and regulations required by the center and the state, you can and will be dismissed and/or prosecuted without notice.

I have completed orientation and training with Auburn Hills Christian school and Early Learning Center (ELC). I have read the Faculty Manual, the Student Handbook and Early Learning Center handbook and information materials. I have observed the classrooms, students and teachers. I am familiar with the expected behavior, teaching and discipline procedures. I have learned about the ELC and school culture and I believe that am able to uphold the stand of excellence expected as an employee at AHCS.
